Miscellaneous
You and Nova are independent contractors, each without the power or authority to bind, contract or commit the other. Disputes
The user's access to and use of the Site, and these Terms, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions that may result in the application of the law of any other jurisdiction.
